- INZYNC Talks is a series of 7-minute talks NOT KEYNOTES, so please do not propose boilerplate keynote submissions!
- Please, be mindful that INZYNC Talks only accepts submissions from members of the Small Business Community.
- We are a 100% volunteer-run movement and we do not offer speaking fees or cover travel expenses.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Our goal at INZYNC Talks is the sharing of inspiring, thought-provoking or innovative experiences, lessons learned, or solutions on issues and challenges facing the Small & Medium Enterprise Community. We aim to do this in a positive, engaging and inclusive event.
It is with these considerations in mind that we provide these Submission Guidelines:
- No commercial agendas: Submissions should focus on sharing ideas, experiences, methodologies, frameworks, or technologies that add value in helping small businesses grow and succeed, without using the stage to pitch products, services or books.
- No political, religious, or other potentially divisive issues: Although they are an important part of the global conversation, this is a space for sharing where all can feel inspired, engaged and included.
- Clear takeaways: When you fill out the “Brief Summary of Talk Proposed” box, please include the description of at least one value takeaway for your talk.
- Presentation format: 7 minutes with a deck of slides not including a speaker presentation slide nor a closing contact information slide. You don’t need to have your slides ready at this time, just be aware of the format.
- Be ready to participate: Our speaker curating process includes an onboarding talk and one hybrid rehearsal. It is an amazing opportunity to get valuable training and 360 feedback from our coaches and your fellow speakers.
